Rimurimu means seaweed in Te Reo Māori.
Did you know that Giant Kelp is one of the fastest-growing organisms on Earth, capable of adding an amazing 60 cm a day and measuring up to 45 metres long?! When healthy and abundant it absorbs more carbon than trees, and clarifies sea water, providing food and shelter for thousands of marine animals.
Sterling silver seaweed fronds, curled into spirals. Measuring approximately 8mm across, and 4.5cm long including ear hook.
Each frond is curled by hand, so will vary from each other and the images shown.
