Gold White Opal Sprinkle Necklace

White Ethiopian opal rondelle gemstones with stunning rainbow colour-play are sprinkled along a 14k gold dipped (to a thick 2 microns) sterling silver chain (45cm long). Each gemstone is carefully pinned and secured by hand to the chain in a random, but balanced, design with gold filled pins.

A 14k gold dipped sterling silver lobster clasp and 5cm extender chain complete the necklace. The icing on the cake is a further white opal `sprinkle' dotted at the end of the extender!

Perfect for layering, or as a delicate stand alone piece.

Opals are the birthstone for October. For centuries, opals have been associated with royalty and luck, and are believed to bring emotional balance and hope to the wearer.
