The Mikoikoi (or Libertia) is New Zealand’s native Iris. Pure white three-petal flowers bloom in late Spring/early Summer on tall stems, surrounded by long slender leaves. Commonly, Irises symbolise hope, faith, courage and wisdom, bringing luck within some cultures.
Sterling silver leaves (approximately 5mm x 50mm), hand painted with spring green porcelain paint, hanging from sterling silver hooks. The leaves are water and scratch resistant.
Each leaf is individually hand painted, so no two leaves are identical, and may differ slightly from shown in images.

Store in a soft protective pouch or box out of direct sunlight and away from moisture, excessive heat or cold. Please do not store in the bathroom. Avoid contact with household chemicals, perfumes, creams, and hairspray/gels.
I would be delighted if you wanted to wear my jewellery everyday, but please be aware that you will be able to enjoy your handpainted pieces longer if they are not worn on a day to day basis.
