Ika Iti means `little fish' in Te Reo Māori (any aquatic animal in fresh or salt water).  A tapu (sacred) activity, Māori fishermen would offer prayers to Tangaroa and other gods, and when they caught the first fish they would return it to the sea, to thank Tangaroa.*

A little sterling silver Ika, with engraved scales and a kinetic tail. Suspended from either a 45cm/18 inch or 50cm/20 inch sterling silver chain, with a hook closure and Lilygriffin name tag.  Please choose your length from the drop down box (default is 45cm).  For other lengths, please enquire.
