Shipping

Most pieces can be made and shipped from the studio in 1-3 days; The days I am able to process orders and post/courier are Monday to Friday.

Items are wrapped in tissue paper and a jewellery pouch as default, or choose `Eco Gift Wrapping' from the product drop down menu to have your gift presented in a gift box with Lilygriffin signature designs and a natural pure silk ribbon. Regular customers who have an over-abundance of pouches and boxes can now choose `tissue paper only'. :)

Lilygriffin jewellery care cards and business cards are made from recycled cotton t shirts, and your jewellery is protected by pure, clean New Zealand lamb's wool.

NEW ZEALAND

Within New Zealand, items are sent by overnight Courier Post at a heavily reduced flat fee of $5 (no extra charge for rural deliveries).

Parcels are tracked, and require signature on delivery. Delivery is within 2-3 days. Sorry, no weekend deliveries.

INTERNATIONALLY

Orders are sent via Tracked International Airmail or International Courier at a reduced rate to most countries. Please see NZ Post World Zones to see which zone your delivery destination is in. Please check carefully!  If the incorrect postal zone is selected, Lilygriffin will not be able to send out your purchases until the correct delivery fee is paid. 

*Note that you may be charged import duties by your country's customs department. Lilygriffin is not responsible for paying these fees. Customs duties vary depending on the country, so please contact your customs department for further information.*

Tracked International Airmail:  5-14 working days. Delivery to P.O Box and Rural destinations. 

International Courier:  3-10 working days. Requires signature upon delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Lilygriffin is not responsible for items lost in transit, or seized by Customs, but all efforts will be made to try to get your parcel delivered safely!
