All prices on Lilygriffin website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Payment can be made through PayPal, or via bank transfer for customers with New Zealand bank accounts.
If you have bought an item from our website, and you are not completely happy with it when it arrives, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact me first, and then return the item in an unused condition, in the original packaging. Lilygriffin will not be responsible for any returned items lost in transit, so please return by secure post. Cost of the return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
If you have bought an item from our website, and you find a fault with it, you can return it for a refund, repair, or exchange within 30 days of receipt. This does not include natural wear and tear. Please contact me as soon as you find the fault, and return the item via secure post. Cost of return postage will be refunded for faulty items only, up to a value of $NZ30.

No private information is shared with any third parties, except for the use it was intended for (for example: address and phone number on courier bags for shipping). Personal information (name, address and phone number) is retained on Lilygriffin's closed system, and is only disclosed if required to do so by law. Payments are made through bank to bank direct debit or PayPal, so no credit card details are retained by Lilygriffin jewellery.
