A solid 9k gold leaf  (5mm x 5mm) with botanical texture and sterling silver ring sits on top of an apple shaped creamy Edison pearl ((11mm x 9mm).  A tiny emerald bead (3mm) nestles next to the leaf.   

Gold filled fittings (rings/wire), and suspended from a 50cm gold filled wheat chain with hook closure and Lilygriffin name tag.
